SIL² is a co-designed leadership lab for social entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and change agents working in Denver’s impact ecosystem and beyond. We combine applied learning, peer collaboration, and purpose-built AI tools grounded in the Accelerate Impact Model (AIM) to help you build fundable, scalable, equity-centered enterprises. Designed with scholars, practitioners, funders, and ecosystem partners, SIL² emphasizes learning by doing. Participants create real strategic artifacts, opportunity discovery briefs, theories of change, and enterprise models all while developing equity-centered leadership, reflective practice, and adaptive capacity.
What you will do here: → Build real-world tools you can use immediately → Co-learn with peers across Denver’s social innovation ecosystem → Develop equity-first, systems-based leadership → Access ethical AI tools purpose-built for social innovation
We are actively building and we need you: → Funders ready to underwrite ecosystem readiness → Ecosystem partners with cases and pilot cohorts → Practitioners eager to test and refine learning artifacts → AI ethics and evaluation partners committed to equity-first integration In return, early collaborators receive founding recognition, co-design influence, and first access to AIM learning tools. SIL² is powered by the Accelerate Impact Model (AIM 2.0), developed by Dr. Barry Barresi, teaching faculty in Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Denver, and advisor to Social Venture Partners Denver. Follow SIL² to stay connected as we build.
