The Business Intelligence Center (BIC) is a program within the Secretary of State’s Business and Licensing Division. BIC seeks to provide value to the office’s business customers by turning public data into business insights. The program mission is to promote a healthy business environment across the state by making business-relevant data accessible and partnering with the private sector to drive innovation through the use of public data to solve business challenges. BIC works with state and local government agencies to publish data to the state’s open data platform - the Colorado Information Marketplace.

The Colorado Springs Hispanic Business Council - The Hispanic Chamber promotes, serves, and advocates for Hispanic and multicultural businesses. In January 2016, a group of Hispanic entrepreneurs created "The Concilio"​, which is a noble grassroots effort to launch and grow small and Hispanic-owned businesses, as well as to serve as a resource in the Colorado Springs metro area.

MENTOR Colorado provides a public voice, develops and delivers resources, and promotes quality for mentoring through evidence-based standards, innovative research and essential tools. Together with mentoring programs across the state, we strive to ensure that all youth have the support they need through mentoring relationships.
