COinvest implements a unique strategy to accelerate impact in Colorado. We invest with best-in-class private market managers and make available unique resources that attracts managers and their portfolio companies to expand their focus in Colorado. COinvest is diversified across asset classes, investment themes (Climate, Health & Wellness, Education, Housing) and geography. Although a minority of our investments are in Colorado, the capital invested in the state exceeds our assets under managmenet allowing us to focus the impact of our resources on our local communities while generating competitive financial returns.
