Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE)

The Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE) advocates for the interests of Colorado’s grape growers and wineries in legislative and political arenas. It provides a collaborative forum for exchanging ideas and shares up-to-date best practices in winemaking and vineyard management to help strengthen and grow the local industry. CAVE produces the Colorado Mountain Winefest, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser, as well as VinCO, a premier industry conference focused on education and connection. Through these events and ongoing initiatives, CAVE unites the community while promoting Colorado wine statewide and beyond.
