Colorado-Israel Chamber of Commerce (COIL)

The Colorado-Israel Chamber of Commerce (COIL) is a nonprofit, nongovernmental membership organization dedicated to advancing the Colorado-Israel economic partnership. We serve as the representative voice and platform of the Colorado-Israel business community. We act as the gateway and destination for international trade, commerce, and innovation between Colorado and Israel as we foster economic collaboration and growth between both regions. The Colorado-Israel Chamber of Commerce (COIL) and the Colorado-Israel Economic Partnership Institute are complementary, legally distinct organizations with one shared mission: strengthening the Colorado-Israel economic relationship as a foundation for mutual growth, innovation, and security. The Chamber is a 501(c)(6) membership organization and business facilitator; the Institute is its 501(c)(3) charitable arm, supporting the partnership through research, education, and tax-deductible program investment. Members join the Chamber for access to COIL’s bilateral network, BIRD Foundation facilitation, delegations, and sector-specific business development. Donors and foundations invest through the Institute to build the long-term infrastructure of the Colorado-Israel relationship.
