Established in 2012, Copley makes investments in privately held, lower-middle market companies. Copley invests out of an evergreen, single family office, capital base. Our Founding team is responsible for all funding, and investment decisions, allowing for flexibility in transaction structure, ownership, sector, and exit time horizon. Our patient, family-office, capital base allows us to be agnostic to the standard private equity and venture capital funding cycle and focus on helping our portfolio companies build enduring businesses.
