When SIM Women Colorado was founded in the summer of 2014, the mission was simple; serve as a strong networking organization that was committed to women in technology and their unique needs. Founder, Jennifer Harding, had a vision that went beyond the simple mission, “I wanted to create a safe environment that would allow women the opportunity to learn and grow from their peers, an environment that was free from judgement and assumptions.”
