Technology Employment in Colorado Partnership (TECP)

The Technology Employment in Colorado Partnership (TECP) is a statewide program focused on building a skilled and diverse workforce to meet the growing needs in cybersecurity, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. This program is federally funded by $5 million from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Economic Development Administration and $2.5 million from the Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs Challenge. Through this funding, TECP is supporting Denver area residents by investing in career pathways and building our local talent pipeline in key Colorado industries.
