The Black Mental Health And Wellness Coalition
The Black Mental Health & Wellness Coalition was designed to destigmatize mental health in the Black community while healing over fixing. To break intergenerational family inherited trauma and free the enslaved minds impacted by Racial Battle Fatigue, physical, psychological and emotional incarceration. BMHWC will conduct a series through our program called The Healing Workshops that will be available to the Black community to attend at no cost to experience interactive workshops: The Workings of Depression, Racial Battle Fatigue, Healing Family Inherited Trauma and The Power of Self-Care.
