Trailhead Institute
Trailhead Institute is non-profit public health institute based in Denver, Colorado. We help Colorado communities lead their own paths to better health through our administrative resources, relationships, and knowledge of the public health system. Through collaboration, we build capacity for communities to lead solutions to local health challenges, launch and support health initiatives, and work with our network to coordinate public health efforts for lasting change.
