Survive & Thrive, powered by Exponential Impact, is a proven small-business lifeline built in Colorado Springs. Launched in the early days of the pandemic, the program stepped in before federal aid arrived - deploying $2.3M in low-interest, non-recourse loans to 132 local businesses and generating $156M in economic impact. Beyond capital, Survive & Thrive delivers mentorship, programming, and a supportive community that helps founders steady their footing and grow. Now in its third iteration, the program continues to strengthen Colorado Springs’ small-business ecosystem with the same grit and commitment that started it all.
