We’re a grassroots initiative by leaders in our local ORec gear and product companies building a community of peer support and working together for a more sustainable Yampa Valley. We come together in garages, parks, and around campfires to engage and listen to one another and discuss our industry’s impacts and needs. With over 22 gear and product companies located in the Yampa Valley, our vision is to support one another, encourage new entrepreneurs, retain and expand talent in the industry, as well as identify major issues and solutions to overcome. Together, we want to advance this local industry because it aligns with the Yampa Valley’s culture and values, provides quality jobs, and ultimately supports long-term community sustainability up and down the Yampa Valley.
